Our Team

Madan Menon - Founder comes with over 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience. Having been involved in setting up IT infrastructure right from his school days, Madan has gained significant experience by working with leading manufacturers such as Dell and Apple in India. After completing his MBA, Madan worked with a leading fortune 1000 company in its IT Infrastructure team. This helped him gain insightful knowledge in enterprise level applications and processes for security and infrastructure. He was involved in several organization wide initiatives with technology and operations.

Srinivas - Comes with over 9 years of IT Infrastructure Management experience. Srinivas has helped setup the IT Infrastructure at various start-ups in the country, including some of the leading b-schools. Srinivas has contributed significantly in setting up and streamlining a lot of the technological initiatives at Virtu Technologies.

Remote Desktop Support Engineer

Experience

▪ 2 – 5 Years of on-site desktop management experience

Qualification

▪ Any Graduate with relevant technical skills

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for performing the following activities:

▪ Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Changes) in the desktop environment
▪ Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of desktop operating system
▪ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop applications like email client( Outlook), office applications, Internet explorer, and system performance issues etc
▪ Troubleshoot desktop hardware/networking issues
▪ Configuration and trouble-shooting of all office automation and peripheral devices
▪ Must have worked on one or more remote connectivity tools like dameware, Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection, VNC , teamviewer etc...
▪ Should be able to communicate well in English and at least one of the local languages.
▪ Knowledge in Active directory, Exchange would be an added advantage.
▪ Certification like MCP, MCSA or MCSE would be a plus.
▪ Willingness to work in night shifts is a must.
